Ingredients
- 32 ounces canned refried beans
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1½ cups premade mild guacamole
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 ounce packet mild taco seasoning
- 16 ounces chunky mild salsa
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 cups shredded fiesta blend cheese
- 2.25 ounces sliced black olives
- 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans with water until smooth.
- Spread the bean mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer the guacamole over the beans.
- Mix sour cream with taco seasoning and spread over the guacamole.
- Drain excess liquid from salsa and layer over sour cream.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over salsa.
