  • 32 ounces canned refried beans
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1½ cups premade mild guacamole
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ounce packet mild taco seasoning
  • 16 ounces chunky mild salsa (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups pre-shredded fiesta blend cheese
  • 2.25 ounces sliced black olives (drained)
  • 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans with water until smooth.
  2. Spread the bean mixture evenly in a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Layer the guacamole on top of the beans.
  4. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning in a separate bowl; then spread over the guacamole.
  5. Drain salsa to remove excess liquid and spread over the sour cream layer.
  6. Add shredded cheese on top of the salsa.
  7. Layer shredded lettuce followed by sliced black olives.
  8. Top with chopped tomatoes and green onions.
