Ingredients

For the Chicken and Brussels Sprouts:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder

For the Sweet Chili Sauce:
½ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

For Garnish:
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes while you prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: Season the Chicken and Brussels Sprouts
In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Step 3: Air Fry
Place the chicken and Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden.

Step 4: Make the Sweet Chili Sauce
While the chicken and Brussels sprouts are cooking, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan.
Warm over low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Step 5: Toss Everything Together
Transfer the cooked chicken and Brussels sprouts to a large bowl.
Pour the warm sweet chili sauce over the top and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
