  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch; add to the saucepan until thickened. Reserve half of the sauce for serving.

  4. Brush each filet with teriyaki sauce and cook at 390°F for 7-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
