- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 medium apple (peeled and diced)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for the muffin pan)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the muffin tin with vegetable oil.
