Ingredients
- 2–4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 TBSP ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 TBSP vinegar
- BBQ sauce (to taste)
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with cooking spray and place chicken breasts inside.
- Add minced garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, and ranch dressing seasoning.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken until covered.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in more BBQ sauce if desired.
- On a flour tortilla, add shredded chicken and cheese; roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the roll-ups until golden brown on both sides.
