  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 can Rotel (drained)
  • ⅓ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Chopped bell peppers
  • ½ cup Chopped onions
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • Crumbled nacho cheese chips
  • 4 Large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and set aside.
  3. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened.
  4. In a bowl, mix nacho cheese sauce with drained Rotel until well combined.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and spread the cheese mixture down the center of each.
  6. Add sour cream, sautéed vegetables, seasoned beef, lettuce, and crumbled chips.
  7. Fold sides of tortillas and roll them closed like burritos.
  8. Toast seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
