- Garlic, onion, parsley
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté shrimp seasoned with blackened seasoning in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sear cubed sirloin steak seasoned with blackened seasoning for about 5-7 minutes until browned; set aside.

- Stir in heavy cream gradually, followed by grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; season to taste.
