Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Tostada Shells (if making from tortillas)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Toppings

  3. Shred your cheese and set everything out for easy assembly.

Step 3: Cook the Eggs

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a touch of oil or butter.
