  4. Add tomato paste and stir well before incorporating the chopped potatoes.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
  6. Fold in the chopped cabbage; it will reduce as it cooks.
  7. Add the chicken broth (or water with bouillon), bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
