  • 8 8-inch tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried minced onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meat mixture for about 10–12 minutes until fully browned.
  3. On a tortilla, layer half with cheese, followed by cooked meat and pickles. Top with more cheese and fold in half.
  4. Cook each quesadilla in the skillet for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. For the burger sauce, mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve warm with burger sauce for dipping.
