  • 10 oz Can of Rotel, drained
  • 19 oz Bag of Frozen Cheese Tortellini

  2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to enhance flavor.
  3. Add taco seasoning, red enchilada sauce, and drained Rotel to the skillet; mix well.
  4. Incorporate frozen cheese tortellini and cover the skillet; let simmer on low-medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
