- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup homemade onion turkey jam (for filling)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the shredded cheddar cheese, flour, butter, salt, and garlic powder until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Form into a ball.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the chilled dough into 1½-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet about an inch apart.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until set but not golden.

- Return to the oven for another 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
