Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Turkey Sausage

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook crumbled turkey sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2: Scramble the Eggs

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. In the same skillet, cook eggs over low heat, stirring gently until just set.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in cooked turkey sausage and shredded cheese.

Step 3: Assemble the Breakfast Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out crescent dough or pizza dough and cut into triangles or rectangles.
