- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2½ cups ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 30 ounces jarred Alfredo sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then lay flat on a sheet pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half the parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer in the baking dish: spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, add three noodles, then half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shredded chicken, half of the remaining Alfredo sauce, and one cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once more.
- For the final layer, place three noodles on top, pour remaining Alfredo sauce over them, and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes; remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden.
