2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 ripe avocado, mashed

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Avocado Chicken Salad
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
Stir in Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add shredded chicken, diced bell pepper, red onion, and chopped herbs.
Mix until well combined and creamy.
Step 2: Assemble the Roll Ups
Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread about ½ cup of the chicken avocado salad evenly over each tortilla, leaving about ½ inch from the edges.
Step 3: Roll & Chill
Tightly roll up each tortilla into a log.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up for easier slicing.
Step 4: Slice & Serve
Remove plastic wrap and cut each roll into 1-inch slices using a sharp knife.
Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
