  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and shredded
  • 12-ounce bag frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup with herbs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 box (11oz) biscuit mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix frozen peas and carrots with celery and onions. Spread shredded chicken evenly in the baking dish before layering the vegetable mixture on top.
  4. Combine biscuit mix with milk and add cheddar cheese; mix until well combined.
