Ingredients
- 8 oz shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped pickled banana peppers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Beano Submarine Dressing
- 4 oz deli sliced turkey
- 4 oz deli sliced turkey salami
- 4 oz deli sliced turkey pepperoni
- 4–6 oz smoked provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns. Place in an oven-safe tray.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat chopped deli meats in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, red onion, pickles, banana peppers, and dressing.
- Layer provolone cheese on toasted bottom buns, add heated meats, then cover with top buns.
- Brush melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning on top of buns and bake for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Remove top buns, add salad mixture, place tops back on, slice carefully, and serve.
