Description

Chopped Italian Sliders are a delicious and fun addition to any gathering, from game days to casual lunches. Ingredients

  • 8 oz shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Beano Submarine Dressing
  • 4 oz deli sliced turkey
  • 4 oz deli sliced turkey salami
  • 4 oz deli sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 46 oz smoked provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns. Place in an oven-safe tray.
  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Heat chopped deli meats in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, red onion, pickles, banana peppers, and dressing.
  6. Layer provolone cheese on toasted bottom buns, add heated meats, then cover with top buns.
  7. Brush melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning on top of buns and bake for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  8. Remove top buns, add salad mixture, place tops back on, slice carefully, and serve.
