  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 pack of gnocchi

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Coat cubed chicken with this mixture.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook coated chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir continuously. Gradually mix in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and seasonings like oregano and red pepper flakes; let simmer briefly.
  6. Add gnocchi directly into the sauce; cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes until tender.
  7. Return cooked chicken to the skillet; gently combine everything before serving hot.
