  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cans (10 oz each) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by combining cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables in the crockpot.
  2. Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts on top of the mixture and cover with the lid.
  3. Cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 5–6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Carefully shred the chicken with two forks once cooked.
  5. Switch the crockpot setting to high and add the egg noodles along with the shredded chicken.
  6. Cook for an additional 45 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
