Instructions
- Spray a 6 or 7-quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over them.
- Add the strained Rotel and squeeze in lime juice.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 7 to 8 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
- Drain excess liquid while leaving about half a cup; shred chicken inside the crockpot using two forks.
- Warm tortillas on the stovetop or microwave.
