  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Package Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Russet Potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and whole milk until moistened. Add ground beef, diced onions, egg, and soup mix. Mix well.
  2. Form small meatballs (about 1–1½ inches) from the mixture.
  3. Sear meatballs in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
  4. In your crockpot, mix beef broth with tomato paste and soy sauce. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Layer seared meatballs, diced potatoes, baby carrots, and any remaining onions into the crockpot.
