- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Cooked brown or white rice
- Sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, sesame oil, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Pour over the chicken.
