Description

These delightful mini sandwiches feature a delicious combination of turkey, chicken, Swiss cheese, and pickles, all nestled in soft rolls.   • 12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 1 pound pre-cooked pulled chicken
  • 56 Dill pickles (sliced lengthwise)
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully split the rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the yellow mustard evenly across the bottom buns.
  4. Layer sliced turkey on top of the mustard, followed by pulled chicken and dill pickle slices.
  5. Place Swiss cheese over the layered fillings.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  7. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and kosher salt, then brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  10. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
