- 12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 pound sliced turkey
- 1 pound pre-cooked pulled chicken
- 5–6 Dill pickles (sliced lengthwise)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully split the rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the yellow mustard evenly across the bottom buns.
- Layer sliced turkey on top of the mustard, followed by pulled chicken and dill pickle slices.
- Place Swiss cheese over the layered fillings.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and kosher salt, then brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
