  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 23 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and green chilies until bubbly.
  4. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  5. Crumble half the Doritos and layer them in the baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the meat mixture over the chips, then sprinkle one cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Repeat layering with remaining Doritos, meat mixture, and cheese.
