  • 8 frozen Texas rolls (thawed)
  • 4 sticks mozzarella cheese (cut into pieces)
  • 4 tablespoons melted salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen rolls by placing them on a plate covered with plastic wrap in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut mozzarella sticks into approximately 1-inch pieces.
  4. Flatten each roll into a disk and place two pieces of cheese in the center.
