Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds store-bought pizza dough
- ½ scant cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
- Flaky salt
Instructions
- Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature in a lightly greased bowl.
- Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces using a bench scraper or knife.
- Grease each cup of a standard muffin pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Shape each piece of dough into rough balls and place them in the muffin cups.
- Cover with a towel and let rest while preheating your oven to 400°F.
- Heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat, then remove from heat and stir in garlic and rosemary until fragrant.
