Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.

- Pour the egg mixture over the mix-ins until cups are about 3/4 full.
