Ingredients
- 4 English muffins
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices turkey turkey pepperoni
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Split the English muffins and place them cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
