Ingredients
- 8 Hawaiian slider buns
- 8 frozen fish sandwich fillets
- 9 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 8 dabs hot sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together butter and Old Bay seasoning for about 30 seconds.
- Slice each Hawaiian bun in half and place a slice of American cheese on the bottom half. Spread the melted butter mixture on the top halves.
