  • 8 Hawaiian slider buns
  • 8 frozen fish sandwich fillets
  • 9 slices American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 8 dabs hot sauce
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together butter and Old Bay seasoning for about 30 seconds.
  3. Slice each Hawaiian bun in half and place a slice of American cheese on the bottom half. Spread the melted butter mixture on the top halves.
