Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish with non-stick spray or a little olive oil.
Step 2: Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, eggs, and milk until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Add the Fillings
Stir in the mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Mix gently until everything is evenly distributed.
Step 4: Bake
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
Step 5: Cool & Serve
Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use Whole Milk Ricotta – It gives the quiche the best creamy texture.
Don’t Overbake – Remove from oven when the center is just set for a fluffy texture.
Customize the Veggies – Use what you have on hand—spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, or broccoli all work well.
Grease Your Dish Well – Prevents sticking and makes serving easier.
Let It Rest – Cooling slightly before slicing helps the quiche set perfectly.
