  • 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 ounces egg noodles (cooked)
  • 8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 ½ cups crispy French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in the onion soup mix halfway through.
  3. Remove the beef using a slotted spoon and caramelize the sliced onions in the remaining fat for about 5-8 minutes.
  4. Combine garlic and cooked beef with caramelized onions; stir in mushroom soup and bring to a simmer. Fold in cooked egg noodles.
