- 10 large eggs
- 1 red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 5 green onions (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound chicken chicken chicken chorizo
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
- 8 taco-sized flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken chicken chorizo until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Remove from heat.
