Ingredients
- 5 Italian Bread Boules
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 cups pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; sauté diced onions for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Season beef with Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in pasta sauce and combine with cooked spaghetti.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Hollow out bread boules by cutting off the top and removing excess bread.
- Brush inside of each boule with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
- Fill with spaghetti mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
