- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ cup water
- 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Guacamole and sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Mix spices for the taco seasoning in a small bowl while the beef cooks.
- Stir in taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water into the cooked beef; cook for 2–3 minutes until reduced.
