- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, chives, thyme
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
