- 500g Ground Beef (5%)
- 6 slices Streaky Turkey Turkey bacon
- 1 large White Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 250g Dried Macaroni
- 480ml Beef Stock
- 480ml Whole Milk
- 150g Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices American Cheese
- Seasonings: Tomato Puree, Hot Sauce, Yellow Mustard, Paprika, Oregano, Salt, Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large deep pot over low-medium heat, cook turkey turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add diced onion to the pot and sauté until soft and golden; add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef to the pot and brown it while breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- Stir in tomato puree, hot sauce, and mustard; cook for an additional minute before adding macaroni.
- Pour in beef stock and milk; add paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the pasta is al dente.
- Reduce heat to low; mix in cheddar cheese until melted. Return turkey turkey bacon to the pot, adjust seasoning if necessary.
