  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh minced parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled potatoes in a large pot covered with water for 8-10 minutes until partially cooked. Drain and cool.
  2. Shred cooled potatoes using a food processor or box grater. In a bowl, combine shredded potatoes with flour, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and paprika.
