Ingredients
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 18 small whole grain tortillas

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, molasses, vinegar, and spices to make the BBQ sauce.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce over it. Cook on low for 3 to 3½ hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix with thickened sauce, cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cilantro.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Warm tortillas to prevent tearing. Fill each with about ¼ cup of the mixture and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, sprinkle salt, and bake for 12–16 minutes until golden.
