- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and seasoning. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat each chicken piece in egg mixture, then roll in the flour mixture.
