- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter (or olive oil)
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large avocado (pitted, peeled, and sliced)
- Crumbled Cotija cheese (optional)

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine black beans with ½ cup of salsa. Heat over medium heat until simmering, then reduce to a low simmer for about 5 minutes. Partially mash the beans.
