  • 2 cups elbow macaroni pasta (uncooked)
  • 30 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • 15 ounces canned tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess grease if desired.
  2. Add chopped onions, cooking until softened. Incorporate minced garlic and bell pepper, stirring for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in beef broth and add Italian seasoning; stir well to combine.
  4. Layer uncooked elbow macaroni on top without stirring. Spoon diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over the pasta.
