- 1 pound Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 large kale leaves, stem removed and chopped
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in sliced chicken sausage and minced garlic; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
