2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1–2 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
½ red bell pepper, diced (for color and crunch)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
Juice of ½ lime
For Garnish (optional):
2 tbsp crumbled feta or cooked turkey bacon bits
Fresh cilantro or parsley

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
