  • 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 3/4 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 oz parmesan cheese
  • 1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil gluten-free fusilli until al dente according to package directions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, coat shrimp with jerk seasoning and roasted garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook seasoned shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly pink.
  4. Sauté sliced bell peppers in the same skillet for about 3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir in remaining seasonings.
  6. Gradually mix in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  7. Combine cooked pasta and shrimp into the sauce; toss gently to combine.
