  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 (15-ounce can) Diced Tomatoes (don't drain)
  • 1 (15-ounce can) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (shaved, shredded, or fresh grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper to taste.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil; add uncooked bowtie pasta and simmer for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve hot, topped with ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
