Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, light brown sugar, cinnamon, ground cardamom, and salt; add melted butter and combine until crumbly for the topping.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Beat softened unsalted butter with white and light brown sugars until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract; mix well.
