  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Cheeseburger Beef Mixture
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned.
5. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, and mustard. Stir well and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
6. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Alfredo Cheese Sauce
7. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
8. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Combine Everything
11. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture.
12. Pour the Alfredo cheese sauce over the top and mix until fully coated.
13. Stir in chopped pickles and green onions for a burst of tangy flavor.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve
14. Transfer to a serving bowl or individual plates.
15. Top with extra cheese, tomatoes, bacon bits, or more pickles if desired.
16. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Choose the Right Pasta – Short, ridged pasta holds the sauce well.
Use Fresh Cheese – It melts smoother and enhances flavor.
Add Toppings Right Before Serving – To keep textures fresh and crisp.
Go Bold with Flavors – Adjust mustard or ketchup levels to suit your burger taste.
Double the Sauce – If you like it extra creamy, increase cream and cheese amounts.
