Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mixed frozen vegetables
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 tubs (32 oz) premade mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and frozen vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste; heat thoroughly.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and use a biscuit cutter to cut out circles for the crust.
  5. Place each dough circle into the muffin cups, pressing it up the sides.
  6. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into each cup.
  7. Top with about 1/3 cup of mashed potatoes; you can pipe them on for decoration if desired.
  8. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
