- 2 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (for whipped topping)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for whipped topping)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for whipped topping)
Instructions
- 1. To make the crust, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- 2. For the filling, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in cocoa powder, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and vanilla. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
